To finish our week out I wanted to leave us with an incredible passage giving further instruction and preparing us with spoken expectations of having courage and taking courage......

In the Old testament God directed Joshua to meditate on his word day and night so that he will be sure to obey all that it says. God was saying this to him and preparing him as he was leading the Israelites into the promised land......

Matthew 14:22-32 22 Immediately after this, Jesus insisted that his disciples get back into the boat and cross to the other side of the lake, while he sent the people home......

Then the eleven disciples left for Galilee, going to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. 17 When they saw him, they worshiped him - but some of them doubted18 Jesus came and told his disciples......

It seems like each day we are getting more inundated with technology as well as society/culture is luring us into doing more and more......
