Blessings everywhere I go”

It's easy for me to look back and see the million blessings in the last two years of YAM. As I shared Sunday, I can see many blessings that have stemmed from even the hard things like being told “no” when I was used to and expecting a “yes.” But God has been reminding me recently that I don’t need to wait to look back in order to see His blessings. 

Galatians 5:25 says that since we live by the Spirit we are to keep in step with the Spirit. Not in step with the hurt, the pain, the darkness. Not in step with the trauma of the past. Not in step with the anxieties or our expectations of the future. Not in step with our flesh or our feelings. Not in step with the lies of the enemy. But in step with the Spirit, where we can see God's light and truth and blessings not only when we’re looking back, but in the present and guiding our every step. We all face hard things in each and every day. What are you in step with as you go through your day? Can you see God’s blessings everywhere? If not, what’s getting in the way?
