Heavenly Father,
I pray over today. I pray that I would be firmly planted within you, Lord Jesus. Make your ways known to me, help me to walk in obedience to you. Help me to step into the uncomfortable. May I listen to your voice, may you help me uproot the things in my life that need to be addressed. By your strength may I tend to the soil that surrounds me, the people that surround me, that I can bring light in the darkness, love in the hate, and freedom in the chains. God, I just pray that we can dive deeper into Matthew 13 and begin to test the soil of our own lives and those that are in our life. Am I/Are they bearing fruit? Am I/Are they shallow rooted, Am I/Are they being scorched out by weeds and rocks? Lord I pray that we can have hard conversations to those around us to speak truth & life. To find our voice in the love of God and others through His kindness and grace. I pray that we can experience God‘s fullness by being fully ourselves to God and to others. May we be rooted in God, in His word, His truth, His ways, His love. To know Him so that we know our identity is in Him. Help us to tend to the soil in our lives to create the right atmosphere for seeds to grow. May we continue to plant seeds and break new ground, may our hearts be aligned with our Heavenly Father.

In Matthew 9: 37-38 it states, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore to send out workers into his harvest field.”

Lord, that is my prayer, that you would continue to send out those who love you and seek to honor and glorify You and Your Kingdom. To bring others closer to you. Help us to step into the uncomfortable to proclaim good news to the poor, to proclaim freedom for the captives, to bind up the brokenhearted, to comfort those who mourn, to provide for those that grieve, to be full of joy and praise for all the You have done, are doing, and will do! For these things are only possible by relying on You & Your power, not by our own strength, but by Yours! May the spirit of the Lord be on us and guide us in this day and all the days to come! Amen!
