I don’t know about you but hearing from our friends and brothers in Christ yesterday from Samaritans Hand was eye opening as well as encouraging!  Through Kully’s consistent obedience over the years God has remained faithful to him and Samaritans Hand, and as Kully shared yesterday through the guys testimonies and their transformation from death to life, they are living miracles!!! Praise the Lord!

Karl shared yesterday from Roman’s 12:1-2 as part of Samaritans Hands foundational principals and expectations of the people that go through the program. What an incredible charge for us as a church!!!  

In Roman's chapter 12 Paul is challenging the church to apply these principals in their lives!!!

“Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭12‬:‭1‬-‭2‬ ‭NIV‬‬

You see our Faith in God is shown and expressed through our obedience to Him and His ways!

Gods mercy is new each and every day! Do you live from this fullness, or do you hold yourself in contempt? If you struggle here and we all do to certain points, but if we can't get past this part it will be extremely hard to not conform to patterns of the world...

We are called as Christian's to look, sound, be different than the people of the world, just as Christ modeled for us!!!

Are you living a life of conformity to the world, or are you starting to look different? Are you getting into Gods word, The Bible, to see what your supposed to sound like, look like, so that your able to be transformed?

With whatever time you have left in this life, will you run the race of offering your body as a living sacrifice???
