How Did We End Up Here

Let me set our time today this week with this question- Have you ever wondered or thought, how did I end up here? How did I get here?

It could be anything, it could be driving, getting lost, and before you know it, how did I end up here? It could be your career path, you started in one place and now you are looking back and you are like, how did I end up here?

Or relationships or marriage, how did we get here? How did we end up here?
Or even your faith, how did you end up here, with your faith?

The question isn’t necessarily a bad question. It’s actually a question you can do something about. Think about it.

For instance, last week, we talked about Enoch and Noah in Genesis 5. What stood out to you about their lives? Wasn’t just their longevity, it was the statement, “they walked faithfully with God.”

I think there are times, when it is worth stopping and wondering, how did I end up here in my faith journey? How did I end up here in my character growth because I’m a different man, husband, father, friend. I’m a different woman, wife, mother, friend.

Pausing to reflect on, how are you walking faithfully with God? How have you seen the changes and growth within life and celebrating God how you got here.

Take a moment today and reflect, how have you grown, how have you walked faithfully with God?
